The City of Brevard enthusiastically invites the community to come together for a fun-filled afternoon at the annual block party on Sunday, June 18, 2023. This year’s community celebration will take place at Silversteen Park (78 Hillview St) from noon until 5:00 p.m. and is part of the City’s Juneteenth weekend celebration.

All attendees can enjoy free ice cream, free food (provided by Papa L.E.W.), music, family-friendly activities, and a basketball tournament.

There will also be a spades tournament, dominoes tournament, and horseshoe tournament for the 21+ crowd. The entry fee for those tournaments is $40 per team with a $100 cash prize for the winning team. Teams should visit https://bit.ly/45SNFnq to register.

More information about the block party can be found on the Mary C. Jenkins Community Center’s website at marycjenkins.org.
